Metal Supported Full Porcelain Crowns

Metal-free crowns are made of reinforced porcelain. Although many things affect the appearance of crowns, the most important is their reaction to light. Natural teeth transmit light. As a result, depth and vitality appear in the tooth. Due to the translucent properties of metal-free porcelain crowns (full porcelain), their depth and viability are higher, so that the closest results to the natural tooth are obtained.

While full porcelains create an aesthetic very similar to the natural tooth structure as they pass the light, metal porcelain has a dullness and artificiality even if it is made very well. For this reason, full porcelains are preferred especially in the front teeth.

Metal-backed porcelains give a dark gap look in some lights (disco, camera flash, etc.) as if they were not in the mouth. Full porcelains pass all kinds of light, just like natural teeth.

Metal supported porcelains are mechanically adhered to the tooth. Full porcelains are attached to the tooth mechanically and chemically. Therefore, its holders are much higher than metal supports.

Metal Supported Bridges

Metal-free bridges are obtained by compressing reinforced porcelain in special machines. It is preferred because of its very good light transmittance in the front teeth.


Metal Supported Zirconium Based Bridges

In this system, zirconium alloy, a white color, is used instead of metal. The biggest advantage of the system is to provide full aesthetic appearance on the bridges in the back area with the high durability it achieves.
